Protein Balls
Ingredients:
· 2 cups gluten free oats
· 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower butter
· 2/3 cup honey
· 1 cup plant-based protein powder
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients well
2. Roll into 1-inch balls
3. Refrigerate
4. Enjoy!
Three Ingredient Cookies
Ingredients:
· 3 very ripe bananas
· 1 cup gluten-free oats
· 1 cup plant-based protein powder
Directions:
1. Puree bananas in food processor until liquid.
2. Add oats and Complete, pulse until combined.
3. Add one or more of the additional ingredients below, pulse until combined.
4. Prepare a baking sheet and place small scoops of cookie batter. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.
· Chocolate chips
· Cinnamon, vanilla
· Flax meal, chia seeds
· Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
· Dried cranberries

1 cup water + 1 cup ice
1 banana
1 scoop plant-based protein powder
2 cups spinach or kale

1 cup Zico chocolate coconut water
1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein powder
